If we change the balance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where the majority of justices are no longer beholden to special interests, a lawsuit is ripe to strengthen public schools. Why? Because the Wisconsin constitution requires the state to provide a uniform system of public schools. The two systems we have now—publicly funded and accountable public schools and publicly funded but unaccountable private schools (through vouchers) is not a uniform system of education. #shorts
